Keith Donley is a native of San Antonio. He is a graduate of Alamo Heights High School and Trinity University. Keith was initially employed for 30 years in medical sales in Dallas. Keith and his wife, Nancy, retired in 2002 and moved as full-time residents to Port Aransas. They currently reside in their beautiful beachfront condo in Port Aransas. Both have been living and working in the Port Aransas area for the past 16 years and are both proud of their home and community.
Keith is a former elected city councilman. He still serves the community in various roles. Keith is currently a pilot and is on the Mustang Island Airport Board. Keith also serves as the President of his homeowners association for the past 22 years. Keith and Nancy are strongly dedicated to their community, as well. Keith is actively involved in the Coastal Bend Council of Governments, the Texas Municipal League, the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Corpus Christi Board of Realtors. Keith and Nancy have both enjoyed meeting and making life-long friends in this wonderful community that they call home.
Keith’s keen sense of humor, outgoing personality and wealth of knowledge in the local real estate market has helped him quickly rise up to become one of the top real estate brokers in the area. After many years in retail buying, management and human resources in Atlanta, Phoenix and Dallas, I retired from The Container Store and Keith retired from his medical sales company. We moved from Dallas to Port Aransas in 2002. Volunteering became my passion and the Port Aransas Garden Club and Port Aransas Preservation and Historical Association is where you could find me. I stepped down from the board of PAPHA in 2016 but still am active in helping raise funds through their annual auction. In 2007, I went back to work full time and headed up Human Resources for Swantner and Gordon Insurance in downtown Corpus Christi. In 2008, Keith became a real estate broker and convinced me to stop driving an hour each way to Corpus and join him at a new high end 21 unit development called The Moorings. I enjoyed working in real estate and became a realtor in 2010. After the townhomes at The Moorings were sold, we moved the business to our current office at the Tower Center on Hwy 361. One of our clients said, “no one knows who Coastal Texas Properties is (our company name at the time) but everyone knows who Keith Donley is.” He was right so we changed our name in 2014 to Keith Donley Real Estate and we’ve only looked forward. We have great agents that help make up our agency and we all love Port Aransas and want the best for growing resort community. Port A is a fascinating place to live and to own a business.
